For a 5 star hotel everything was really good, I loved to be here. The staff was helpful, attentive, and responded promptly to requests.

Unique hotel with strong wi-fi, the location was stunning down to the beach. The pool was clean and I had soft drinks in the wine bar. The facilities were well-kept and easy to use.

Location and food were amazing, I loved every detail. An a la carte restaurant was excellent for breakfast. The hotel of choice in Cancun.

Not ideal hotel, nevertheless with awesome staff and good wi-fi. I truly enjoyed that the venue was 21 minutes drive from the airport. I ate at a great restaurant for breakfast.

The location was pretty bad, it's a pitty.

Had such great stay for 2nd time, the staff were courteous, location was favourable and on the beach. The room was quiet and luxury with jacuzzi bath, and I slept very well. The food was gorgeous, I tried bread, pastries and meats.

All in all everything was perfect, had a nice stay with questions on email before the trip.

Think that this a gem hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Breakfast is super, position is spectacular. They have swim-up bar, convenient parking and great pool.

the lobby was welcoming, i liked it. wine bar was superb and spotless. i was given a luxurious room with a tidy bathroom.

Totally really really nice experience. The hotel was wonderfull and fairly large! Easy walk to the spectacular beach.

So clean, party hotel, I loved brand new rooms and efficient stuff. And it also had absolutely breathtaking view. This property was in a new area. The restaurant was exclusive, with wonderful dishes. Fast check in and in general exceptional service. Besides, free wifi in public areas was working really flawlessly.

We loved our very special stay. Beautiful decor and the whole hotel was safe. Reasonably spacious suite and nice bed.

Impeccable staff, absolutely beautiful rooms, perfect breakfast. Superb view of lagoon. I loved the separate bathroom. Unbeatable location, just walking distance from Aquaworld Adventure Sports Center.

Great experience there. Hotel's waitress helped us a lot! There is restaurant Bahia Steak House at the premises...

It deserves its 5 stars. An awesome stay in Cancun. Broiler restaurant served lots of deliciuos food. Daily service was impeccable too.

a room with a breathtaking view over the ocean was great. the bed was comfortable, so we had a wonderful stay. the hotel's setting was close to such tourist attractions as museo maya de cancun.
